All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We work with our suppliers who ship products directly to our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, product availability, and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, size, and delivery location. Any customs, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the tracking link to see the latest delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages
.Docshop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@docshop.store with your order details, and we will assist you in coordinating with the supplier or carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
